How does this shop process their orders?

This shop accepts payment via Big Cartel's payment platform with its' chosen mail carrier being the United States Postal Office (USPS.)

At this time, this shop can only ship within the USA.  International shoppers can visit our Etsy shop (chumeistudio.etsy.com). Addresses that cannot be processed via Big Cartel's platform will be fully refunded and closed at this shop's discretion.

Please understand that the United States Postal Service (USPS) functions independently from this shop. USPS has complete control over your package while in the midst of transit and during the final act of delivery.

All packages from this shop come with a valid tracking number via shipping label which shows the order route and delivery progress.


I messed up my address! What do I do now?

All packages sent out are in accordance to the address provided on Big Cartel via the order form that you submitted.

If you have not received a notification that your order has been shipped yet, please contact us via the contact form immediately so that the issue may be resolved as quickly as possible. Your order will be canceled and refunded so that you may purchase the item again with the corrected shipping address. This shop allows orders that have not been shipped yet to be canceled at any time.

If you have already received a notification that your order has been shipped, please contact the seller to see what can be done about your situation.


How does this shop package orders?

This shop packages orders carefully with eco-conscious products.

Orders are shipped within processing times detailed in each product's listing. Tracking numbers for your package should be available to you through your order reciept and can be shared with your local postal worker as needed.

**This shop is not liable for packages lost or damaged by the United States Postal Office.**


I purchased PREORDER items that are not available yet and REGULAR items that are in stock. When will you ship my items?

Your full order will be shipped when your PREORDER items are available and in stock. All items will be shipped together to save on handling fees for your benefit!

If you want to receive your REGULAR items that are in stock earlier, please make a separate order for those items with its own separate shipping.


Does this shop accept returns, exchanges, and/or custom orders?

Please understand that orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

This shop also does not accept EXCHANGES or RETURNS under the circumstance that the order was correctly met.

If upon receiving your order in the mail, an item is missing or an incorrect item was sent-- please take photos of the package and goods then contact us so that your issue may be resolved as quickly as possible.

This shop is not liable for paying custom fees, tariffs, or any additional charges that a package may be subject to upon crossing international borders.


My order says it arrived, but I didn't recieve anything!
